Darcie Lappan - Hockey
- Currently, Darcie plays in the PWHL with Vancouver Goldeneyes.
- Played professional hockey in Sweden for MODO in 2024-2025 season.
- Attended Colgate University and Clarkson University to play Division 1 ice hockey. Darcie won 2 ECAC championships while at college.
- In 2019, Darcie represented Team Ontario in the Canada Winter Games.
- Represented Team Ontario Blue in the 2017 National Women’s U18 championship.
- Played junior hockey for the Ottawa Lady Sens and Kingston Jr. Ice Wolves.
- Darcie grew up playing minor hockey with both the Kingston Ice Wolves and Belleville Bearcats.

Ava Vrana - Hockey
- Ava has recently committed and will be attending NCAA Division I Robert Morris (RMU) University for the 26/27 season.
- Currently the assistant captain on the U22 Jr. Ice wolves team in the OWHL elite league.
- Ava grew up in Kingston playing for the Icewolves.
Taylor Eastwood - Hockey
- Taylor is a third-year member with the Queen's Varsity Hockey Team and is a Commerce student at Queen's.
- Taylor's strong background in playing and coaching hockey drives her love for instructing and developing the skills of hockey athletes. With plenty of experience on the ice, Taylor understands hockey from both a player’s and a coach’s perspective. That mix allows her to connect with the athletes, challenge them to push their limits, and help them reach their full potential.
Sophy Aldred - Hockey
- Sophy is a dedicated hockey coach and kinesiology student at Queen's University, where she also competes as a member of the Queen's Varsity Hockey Team.
- Sophy's passion for coaching is matched only by her commitment to helping others excel. Sophy has lots of experience coaching and playing hockey and therefore gets both sides of the game. She knows what it takes to push your limits and achieve peak performance, providing tailored guidance that meets the unique needs of each athlete. Sophy approaches coaching with enthusiasm and a desire to make athletes better through a fun and supportive environment.
Alexis Vrana - Hockey
- Alexis currently plays NCAA Division 1 hockey at Robert Morris university (AHA conference) in Pittsburgh PA, while taking nursing!
- Alexis grew up Kingston playing hockey for the ice wolves for 14 years with 3 years of JR. U22!
Claire Sedgewick - Hockey
- Claire grew up playing minor hockey with the Kingston Ice Wolves.
- Played junior hockey for the Ottawa 67s and played one year of cegep hockey for the John Abbott Islanders.
- Going into her senior year at Yale university, playing division 1 hockey on the women’s team as a forward.
- During her time at Yale, Claire won the Wendy Blanning Award which goes to a player whose efforts reflect ideals of team play and individual improvement as a hockey player, and she is also an ACHA/Krampade Scholar All American.
Nick Holmberg - Mental Performance Coaching
- Ontario-certified Health & Physical Education teacher
- Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Sport Psychology from Laurentian University
- Drafted by the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds of the Ontario Hockey League
- As a health and physical education teacher, Nick works daily with students to develop teamwork, leadership, resilience, goal-setting, and healthy performance habits. With more than twenty years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults, Nick has a strong understanding of both athletic development and the challenges young athletes face in sport, school, and life.
- Nick knows that confidence, focus, resilience, motivation, and mindset are essential to athletic success.
Daniella De Rango - Hockey
- Daniella is a fourth-year student at Queen’s University and a member of the Queen’s Varsity Hockey Team.
- In addition to competing at the varsity level, Daniella helps coach U18 girls’ hockey in the off-season, bringing valuable experience and perspective from both sides of the game.
- Daniella's passion for hockey and player development drives her to create a positive and supportive environment where athletes can challenge themselves, have fun, and reach their full potential. Daniella is dedicated to fostering teamwork, confidence, and a strong work ethic, creating an environment where players grow both as athletes and as individuals.
Sydney Rasmussen - Hockey
- Sydney is a first-year with the Queen's Varsity Hockey Team and is a Concurrent Education student at Queen's.
- A competitive ball hockey player, Sydney played for Team Canada at the ISBHF U20 World Championships in Slovakia (July 2025), winning a silver medal.
- From Toronto Ontario, Sydney played her minor hockey with the Toronto Leaside Wildcats.
- Sydney has lots of experience as a hockey coach and is passionate about helping players to develop their skills and take their game to the next level. Sydney approaches coaching with enthusiasm, fostering a positive and supportive environment for players to learn and grow.
